He was very realistic with any issues that he observed, and non-alarmist at the same time. Josh was great. He was early and had starting on the outside of the house before I even got there. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a ton of information and he went out of his way to show issues and explained how said issues affected the house.

He was there for two hours and was thorough about the house. My wife and I felt comfortable speaking to him about issues we found in the house.

We also received the report with 5 hours of the inspection, we received his report. Thank you josh, you were great.
